I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and had a nice balcony, and the amenities provided were great. However, the basic facilities could use some improvement. The natural light coming in through the windows made the room feel airy and bright.
The hotel is in a perfect location close to the Clock Tower, making it lovely to witness the changing colors and music. The rooms are well-equipped with balconies, and the staff is incredibly helpful. However, the dining options are somewhat limited. The hotel's value for money is decent even though certain facilities could be improved.
